A Partnership Ministry
We believe that it is primarily the mission of parents to train and teach their teenagers about God and His Word. The family has been ordained by God to be the place where all ages of adolescence, including teenagers, are to be taught about God and His Word (Deut. 6:1-9; Prov. 22:6; Luke 2:51-52). Our purpose then is not to replace the family but to partner with it.
What do our weekly gatherings look like?
Sunday School: We meet Sunday mornings from 9:45am-10:30am for discussion and discipleship around a Bible passage and apply it to every day living.
Youth Group: We meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm. This gathering includes fun activities, worship, and teaching from the Bible.
Wholesome fun together
We typically have one activity per month. We also try to have casual get-togethers from time to time. We are intentional about the purpose of these activities. Every activity will focus on at least one of these descriptions.
Edification - These activities encourage teens to stretch and mature in their walk with God.
Evangelism - Our teens are encouraged to reach out to the community and invite them to join us.
Service - Service activities provide teens with opportunities to meet the needs of others.
